All products and equipment are provided by the housecleaner unless you have a special product you prefer. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, & Monthly cleanings are based on a flat rate as listed below. Be sure to look back at our services to see what exactly a general cleaning consists of. Extra work may be added for a small fee. For more information & better rates, request a quote online!

Weekly Scheduled Cleanings:
Small apartments and homes $45.00
Medium apartments and homes $50.00
Large apartments and home $65.00

Bi-Weekly Scheduled Cleanings:
Small apartments and homes $60.00
Medium apartments and homes $65.00
Large apartments and homes $80.00

One time / Initial Cleaning:
Small apartments and homes $65.00
Medium apartments and homes $75.00
Large apartments and homes $90.00

Move-in / Out Cleanings:
Based on a rate of $25/per hour.
Seeing the property will be required to determine how long the cleaning will be.

Is my house small, medium, or large?
Small apartments & homes - one bedroom/one bath or studio (2000 sq/ft or less)
Medium apartments & homes - two bedrooms & one/two bath (2000-3000 sq/ft)
Large apartments & homes - three bedrooms or more (3000+ sq/ft )
